Clementines are small, sweet mandarin oranges that balance perfectly with bitters and our smooth Bunker Rye whiskey. A garnish of dehydrated clementine wheel is the perfect way to bring this beautiful summer sunshine right to your glass.

1.5 oz. Bunker Rye
1 oz clementine syrup
.5 oz lime juice
3 dashes aromatic bitters
Soda (Clementine if you have it)
Dehydrated clementine wheel for garnish
RECIPE FOR CLEMENTINE SYRUP
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
At least 1 cup clementines, cut in half
Bring to low boil, and simmer for about 30 minutes. Strain through a sieve, and refrigerate. The longer it simmers, the thicker it gets. It keeps for a few weeks in the fridge if needed.
Add the Bunker Rye whiskey, clementine syrup, lime juice, and aromatic bitters to your favorite shaker. Shake vigorously with ice.
Strain over crushed ice and top with clementine soda. Garnish with a dehydrated clementine wheel. Enjoy your glass of liquid sunshine!
